By joining ForRealTraffic.com you agree to the following Terms and Conditions: Members can promote their ForRealTraffic.com Ad Bar URL for a Campaign and/ or put the HTML code provided by ForRealTraffic.com for displaying a Portal Link (ie an Exchange Link) on their web site. This Portal Link code may be inserted more than once in one or more pages within the website. Apart from its font style, color and link alignment (left, right or centre,) this Portal Link code may not be modified without the written consent of ForRealTraffic.com. Members may create more than one Campaign per account in order to earn and get traffic to more than one Destination URL of theirs. Members acknowledge that sometimes they may temporarily get extra traffic to that which they've earned and at other times they may be owed traffic which they will receive. A member may cancel their membership at any time by notifying ForRealTraffic.com by sending an email to support@ForRealTraffic.com with 'Cancel ForRealTraffic.com Membership' in the subject of the email and your name, email username and password in the body of the email so we know that it's a valid request. We reserve the right to charge for any service we provide but you can of course choose not to pay the fee and decline its associated service. It is the member's responsibility to keep their login details confidential. Reasonable effort will be made to keep the information submitted by members to ForRealTraffic.com confidential and to not permit it to be distributed to an outside third party agency. Members may select in the member's area which Campaign's Destination URL of theirs is to get their affiliate traffic earnings. If no Campaign is selected by a member, the member's first Campaign created gets the affiliate traffic earned by that member. A Portal Link that is on your site or ForRealTraffic.com URL may link to another member, a sponsor or to a site of ForRealTraffic.com's choice. ForRealTraffic.com reserves the right to not accept any web sites or to disable or delete a member's account whose site or sites ForRealTraffic.com determines at its sole discretion to be unsuitable or improper. This includes not permitting sites that promote warez, spamming, discrimination, hate, racism, adult or sites that are offensive or illegal. ForRealTraffic.com takes reasonable steps to ensure the integrity of the traffic members receive and attempts to ensure that the traffic earned by a member's Campaign website due to clicks on that member's Campaign Portal Link (and from the websites shown from that portal after a member's Tell a Friend Form is used) is targeted to the Traffic Category selected by the member for that Campaign. A member may not attempt to artificially increase clicks to his or her Portal Link using any robot, device, program or in any other way. Members or anyone caught artificially increasing or attempting to artificially increase Portal Link clicks will have the offending account disabled immediately. ForRealTraffic.com Portal Links and affiliate links may not be placed in unsolicited commercial email or in any email that is not CAN-SPAM Compliant. You agree to fully indemnify ForRealTraffic.com, Altwin Limited and its sponsors, if any from time to time, in the event that you are accused of or caught spamming. If in the event that ForRealTraffic.com becomes aware of a member spamming, the evidence will be considered and the member risks having his or her account disabled or deleted at ForRealTraffic.com's sole discretion. ForRealTraffic.com, Altwin Limited and its sponsors, if any from time to time, cannot be held liable in any way for any loss of information, loss of reputation or damage that may arise from the use of ForRealTraffic.com's service. You also warrant that you will enter your First and Last name correctly in the 'From Name' field/ area provided to you in your members area where you are given your Tell a Friend Form. You further warrant to not attempt to remove the designated sender opt-out links in the emails to be sent to friends referred by your ForRealTraffic.com generated Tell a Friend Form. As the designated sender you agree to fully indemnify ForRealTraffic.com, Altwin Limited and its sponsors, if any from time to time, if you do not properly add your correct postal address and 'From' name in the fields provided to you when getting your Tell a Friend Form inside your member's area. ForRealTraffic.com has made reasonable effort to ensure that use of the ForRealTraffic.com generated Tell a Friend forms by members is Can Spam Compliant, with 'From Name' details, physical postal address details, opt-out/ remove links in outgoing emails and indication of the emails' commercial nature. But you accept that it is entirely your own responsibility to ensure that use by you of these Tell a Friend forms is lawful in your country and jurisdiction.
